How to solve: when you failed to paste chart from excel to publisher
When I tried a chart from excel to publisher, msg box [Publisher cannot launch or communicate with the OLE server program] popped up.
You can solve this using clip board in publisher.
Find "Home" tab on the top of publisher, you can open the clip board.
In the clip board, you can paste the chart you copied.
